These signs are everywhere in Lausanne. For quite a while I thought it was an ad for a movie about firefighters battling through the recruitment process. Now I realise it's an ad for the firefighters of Vaud, who are recruiting firefighters.

Also, isn't pompier a funny word for such a daring profession? To me it sounds like a particularly fluffy breed of dog. But maybe that's just me.
